廣東瑩瞬精密銑床，原裝臺灣銑頭特性：

1. 主機結(jié)構(gòu)采米漢納FCD300鑄鐵，剛性佳、耐磨，可承受大負載及沖擊力，精度持久不變形

   The main structure is rice Hanna FCD300 cast iron. It has good rigidity and wear resistance. It can withstand large load and impact force. It has long lasting accuracy and no deformation

2. 主軸采用(SCM-440)日本紅十字鉻鉏合金鋼材質(zhì)，整支經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)滲碳高周波熱處理精密研磨、剛性強韌，主軸配合精密級主軸配對軸承，切削能力強、精度佳,能承受重切削

   The spindle by the Japanese Red Cross (SCM-440) hoe chromium alloy steel material, a quenched carburizing high frequency heat treatment precision grinding, toughness and spindle with precision spindle bearing pair, cutting ability, precision is good, can bear heavy cutting

3. 主軸升降齒管采用S45C中碳鋼，經(jīng)高周波硬化處理及鍍鉻精密研磨處理

   The main shaft lifting gear pipe adopts S45C medium carbon steel, which is processed by high frequency hardening and chrome plated precision grinding

4. X、Y軸滑道經(jīng)高周波熱處理研磨，滑道面并貼附耐磨滑片(TURCITE-B)以降低接觸面之摩擦系數(shù)

   X, Y axis slide by high frequency heat treatment and grinding, slide surface and attached sheet resistance (TURCITE-B) smoothing to reduce the friction coefficient of the contact surface

5. 更耐磨耗，雖經(jīng)長時間的使用，亦能確保卓越的精度

6. Y軸滑軌為平行滑軌，床臺押送穩(wěn)固，能耐重切削
